Soft nougat, also known as mandolato, is a honey treat also indulged in by today’s generations. The most popular is soft nougat, with peanuts or almonds added. Available in two sizes, for children with a sweet tooth and for adults.

Hard nougat – mandolato
Grandmothers and grandfathers, mothers and fathers enjoy recounting with a sparkle in their eyes stories to their children about their favourite childhood sweet that made their mouths water, that made them beg for another, and joyfully wait for the next trade fair and blessing ceremonies. Sometimes, this hard nougat, mandolato, was chopped with an axe. No wonder that nostalgists and the sweet-toothed prefer the original hard nougat.
