As a memento of the ‘good old days’, our original and traditional honey-dough biscuits follow unique recipes passed down from one generation to another – currently the ninth generation. Our honey-dough biscuits called ‘Wine Confectionery’ are just the way they used to... be, and are best enjoyed with wine – hence their name, although there’s no trace of wine actually in them.
